City of Oroville Vice Mayor Thil Wilcox
City of Oroville Vice Mayor Thil Wilcox has endorsed the candidacy of Bill Connelly who is seeking re-election to the Butte County Board of Supervisors in the 1st District. The District includes Oroville and the communities of Bangor, Palermo, Yankee Hill and Concow.
"Bill has deep roots in our community as an Oroville native and graduate of local public schools. He knows this District well and he will continue to fight for improvements to public safety, our roads, and our economy,” said Vice Mayor Thil Wilcox.
Wilcox's is one of many major endorsements secured by Connelly since beginning his re-election bid. Other announced endorsements include Congressman LaMalfa, Assemblymember Gallagher and Sheriff Kory Honea.
As a resident of Butte County for more than 60 years, Connelly has been actively involved in public service and a variety of community based organizations. Since 2005 Connelly has dedicated his time to serving the 1st District of Butte County, continuing to bring positive impacts to the community and county as a whole.
State Assemblyman James Gallagher
State Assemblyman James Gallagher has endorsed the candidacy of Bill Connelly who is seeking re-election on the Butte County Board of Supervisors in the 1st District. The district includes Oroville and the communities of Bangor, Palermo, Yankee Hill and Concow.
“Bill Connelly understands Butte County and is a tireless advocate for his constituents. He’s taking action to protect our water rights, working to bring jobs to our community and is fighting to make sure that our veterans receive the recognition they deserve," said Gallagher.
Assemblymember Gallagher joins Congressman Doug LaMalfa and Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea in supporting Connelly for District 1 Supervisor. Gallagher's is one of many major endorsements secured by Connelly since beginning his re-election bid.

Butte County Farm Bureau has endorsed the candidacy of Bill Connelly who is seeking re-election on the Butte County Board of Supervisors in the 1st District. The district includes Oroville and the communities of Bangor, Palermo, Yankee Hill and Concow.
“Supervisor Connelly continues to demonstrate his knowledge of agriculture’s valuable role in maintaining a healthy economy in Butte County,” said Butte County Farm Bureau President Clark Becker “With his outstanding record of supporting agriculture, Bill will continue to be an influential advocate at the county level."
The decision to endorse Bill came after the candidate forum held for the Butte County Farm Bureau Members. This is Connelly's third major endorsement to be announced, joining Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea and Congressman Doug LaMalfa.

Congressman Doug LaMalfa has endorsed the candidacy of Bill Connelly who is seeking re-election on the Butte County Board of Supervisors in the 1st District. The district includes Oroville and the communities of Bangor, Palermo, Yankee Hill and Concow.
"Bill Connelly has a proven record of holding government accountable and maximizing taxpayer dollars. His priorities are right in line with the needs of the district and I know that he will continue to be a strong advocate for Butte County residents" said Congressman Doug LaMalfa.

Oroville — Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea has endorsed the candidacy of Bill Connelly who is seeking re-election on the Butte County Board of Supervisors in the 1st District. The district includes Oroville and the communities of Bangor, Palermo, Yankee Hill and Concow.
“As a County Supervisor, Bill has been supportive of my efforts to make Butte County a safe place to work, live and raise a family. He has committed himself to providing the Sheriff’s Office with the staff, equipment and facilities needed to advance public safety,” said Sheriff Honea.
Sheriff Honea’s endorsement is the first major endorsement of many to come as Connelly continues his candidacy for re-election to the 1st District Supervisor seat.
